Since this shop was very close to work, I dropped off my tv at 9:30AM. I told Gustavo I suspected I had a couple of bad capacitors. He immediately opened the back and pointed out 2 bad caps. He replaced all 4 just to be safe.
I picked up the TV the same day at 3PM. What service! I’m sure another tech elsewhere would have replaced the whole power supply board.
Another happy camper and I’ll be back with my next repair job!

A+ HDTV Repair is truly #1 in the Chicagoland area. The other day, I used the wrong remote, and accidently lost the signal, I picked up the phone book, and their add stuck out. I called him, explained the problem, and although he speaks with a heavy accent, through his directions, I had the picture back in less than two minutes. In my opinion, he is very knowledgeable about his trade, and seems to be very honest. They are #1 in Chicagoland.

A+ TV Repair Service is AWESOME! I have a Mitsubishi DLP TV that after years of service started to malfunction (bad picture) and I could not seem to find anyone willing to even look at the TV, let alone repair it, since Mitsubishi no longer makes DLP TVs. I found A+ on the internet and am I glad that I did!
Gustavo arrived at my house and within minutes he knew exactly what the problem was, and knew quite a bit about my TV in general. Very impressive.
The problem involved a circuit board which we found out is no longer available. No worries Gustavo repaired the circuit board himself and now I have my beautiful TV working as if it was brand new!
Gustavo was extremely knowledgable and courteous and pricing was very reasonable. Where most companies would just tell you that it could not be repaired because of the extra work they would have to do to repair the circuit board Gustavo went above and beyond to make sure that we were able to continue enjoying our TV!
