So glad I chose this company! Excellent customer service. I was delighted at the pick up and delivery service. I was kept updated frequently when parts were ordered, repair completed, and when delivery was to be made. The warranty is another added bonus. Will definitely keep in mind for any other TV issues.

After speaking with Gustavo and explaining him the issue with my TV (black screen), he told me right away what the problem was and gave me a reasonable quote with a year warranty included. At first, I was a little hesitant but I’m glad I called him because he did an excellent job. He came and picked up our TV on Tuesday and brought it back by Friday. Although I’ve never met him in person, because I was at work, my husband said he was very professional and very helpful, when he brought back our TV Gustavo helped him to install it on the wall. Our beautiful irreplaceable plasma TV stopped working after a neighborhood lightning strike and we thought it would be a total loss. We called A Plus and Gustavo picked it up, repaired it, and brought it back for the price quoted. We are very pleased.

When the plasma tv broke, we were somewhat upset since you could not buy new. A+ came, figured out the problem, gave us an estimate, took the TV back to the shop and repaired it within the time estimate and at the agreed cost. We have not had a problem with that tv since then.

My experience with Gustavo could not have been better! I called him regarding my Samsung Plasma constant reboot and he came over the same evening- a Friday no less. Took a look, told me what I needed, gave me a firm estimate, took the TV and returned it fixed like brand new! Plus a ONE YEAR warranty on the repair! What repair place offers anything beyond 90 days? Highly recommended!

We needed an in home repair on our wall-mounted Samsung LCD TV. I submitted an online description of the problem and got a call the next day. This company is amazing. Gustavo came to my home - picked up our TV and only charged me 1/2 of requested upfront fee because he was late. Returned TV couple days later - indicated nothing was wrong after he tested and didn't charge me anything. Impeccably honest & genuine. Would recommend 100% for quality service. I needed a three year old 26 inch HD TV repaired when other repair centers would not do it. A Plus took a look and replaced the power supply with no problems. Better yet, Gustavo did it in two days. We had a great experience with Gustavo !!! We located this company on the internet made a phone call and he was at our home that same day. He was very knowledgeable an efficient. Our old school big screen television had been out of commission for over a year and we were contemplating getting rid of the tv but we didn't!!! This was the best phone call we made!!! A very positive experience, my phone call was returned quickly, time was set to pick up TV, was repaired and returned in a couple days. All in a timely manner and now I once again have a working TV.

I received an immediate callback from a plus in which I described the problem with my 52 inch Sony TV. Gustavo recognized the problem by the info I conveyed and we agreed that the fix involved a replacement LCD panel that would undoubtedly not be cost effective compared to prices of new TVs. This certainly saved the cost of a repair diagnostic visit which I appreciated. A Plus will be my call choice with any future TV problems that are not warranty covered!

Wow, wow... I have never had an experience like I did with Gustavo. He is such a nice perso, he did the best job for my two TV and my DVD player. He came over to my house and picked up the electronics .He was done in less than 2 days and brought them back home. Prices are great! Thank you Gustavo, your company deserves 100 stars ?????.... :)
