Had a great experience. I have a 3yo Samsung QN75 75in LED. It suffered a power surge, worked for a while then died out. I told Gustavo what had happened, he gave me an idea/range of what it would cost to repair but was upfront that he wouldn't know until he got in there (could be just power supply, could also be the main board). He came and picked it up, there was a diagnosis fee that was non refundable but if I went with him for the repair he said he'd apply it all to the repair cost. Turned out to be the power supply and main board both blew. He was able to get it fixed and working as new (also rebuild another component that needed it). It works perfect as it did before. This was a $2400 TV that was destined for the trash heap, so well worth the repair (ended up being $425 I think all in). Definitely would go with A Plus again. My old Samsung 43"  Flat Screen TV was having problems connecting (turning on/off).  I took the tv to Gustavo at A Plus HD TV repair in Mt Prospect (authorized repair business) on Saturday afternoon and by Monday afternoon the TV was fixed.  Reasonable price to repair the power box on my old unit & now it works just fine and better yet, he gave a 1 year warranty.  Gustao is a good guy who honestly lets you know wether he can fix it or not.  Why would I pay $1200-$1500 for a comperable unit when he fixed it for way less than a new unit. Way less!
